Join us for our 4 day Spring Hockey Camp led by Bailey Bram and Jenelle Kohanchuk. This full day camp offers athletes a complete hockey development experience, including on-ice training, dryland sessions, stickhandling and hand eye coordination drills (goalie specific components included), plus hockey focused warm-ups, cooldowns, stretching, and breathing techniques for proper recovery. Each day will feature two on-ice sessions - one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The first ice session will focus on player development, allowing players to work on skills such as stickhandling, shooting technique and proper shot selections, edge work, passing technique and options, proper positioning, as well as forward and defence specific skills. 

The second session will give players the opportunity to apply what they learned in game-like situations. These sessions will include small area games and full ice scrimmages to encourage creativity, competitiveness, and allow the athletes to have fun!
